The 69th Republic Day of India was celebrated with much joy and fervour at Nivara Hakka Vocational Training Center. Mrs Shashi Singh, General Manager, Allahabad bank was the guest of honour on the occasion. Mrs Singh was accompanied by few of her colleagues from the Bank. The chief guest in her key note address touched upon the need to inculcate in the young,a habit of saving. She exhorted the Nivara students to be mindful of the adage that a Rupee saved is a Rupee earned.
Just like every year, the passing batch of students received their certificates of merit from the chief guest. The students presented their talents in the form of dances and skits in front of the highly appreciative audience.
